PEPTIDE RESEARCH PRODUCT PURCHASE AGREEMENT

By purchasing products from Desert Sun Peptide Wellness LLC ("Company"), the purchaser ("Customer") acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Desert Sun Peptide Wellness LLC (“Company”) and the purchaser identified below (“Customer”).

1. RESEARCH USE ONLY

Customer acknowledges and agrees that all products sold by Company are intended solely for lawful laboratory and research purposes only.

Customer understands and agrees that:

• Products are NOT intended for human consumption.

• Products are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• Products have not been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") unless specifically stated otherwise.

• Products shall only be handled by qualified professionals trained in laboratory research procedures.

2. CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIONS

By purchasing from Company, Customer represents and warrants that:

• Customer is at least 18 years of age.

• Customer understands the nature and intended use of the products.

• Customer will use products only in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

• Customer will not misuse, unlawfully resell, or market products for human consumption.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Customer acknowledges that research products may involve inherent risks.

Customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the purchase, possession, handling, storage, transportation, and use of the products.

4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Customer releases and discharges Company, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to:

• The purchase or use of products.

• Improper handling or storage.

• Violation of laws or regulations.

• Misuse of products.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or attorney fees arising from Customer's actions, misuse, resale, or unlawful use of products.

6. NO MEDICAL OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Company does not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, or healthcare services.

Any information provided by Company, including website content, labels, advertisements, or communications, is for informational purposes only and shall not be interpreted as medical advice.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in Company's written return policy.

Company reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases involving misuse, tampering, or violation of this Agreement.

8. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

Customer agrees to contact Company to attempt resolution prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

10. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Company and Customer regarding the products purchased.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing a purchase from Company, Customer acknowledges and agrees that they:

• Have read and understood this Agreement.

• Agree to all terms and conditions contained herein.

• Understand the products are sold for research purposes only.

• Assume all risks associated with the purchase, possession, handling, storage, transportation, and use of the products.

• Represent and warrant that all information and representations made in this Agreement are true and accurate.
